Spring 25 - Herb Garden

Inspired by the mortar and pestle, this building is created to bring medicinal herbs from South America to Newark, NJ. Used as a farm, but also a pharmaceutical and factory to create medicinal herbs in many forms, like pills, powders, and tea bags for the elderly. The building has a top-down approach to its functions, with the roof used for growing herbs and the third floor for scientific research and delicate herbs. The second floor is used as an activity center for the elderly to create grounded herbs using a mortar and pestle, and finally, the ground floor is for selling herbal medicine to the elderly.
